  • Hotel’s direct channels

2. Vigencia

Each promotion will have specific start and end dates.

3. Aplicación de Descuentos

Requires use of promotional code (when applicable).

Not redeemable for cash.

4. No Acumulabilidad

Promotions are not cumulative.

5. Política de Reembolsos

Promotions may be non-refundable, according to specific conditions.

6. Cancelaciones

Subject to policies in effect at the time of booking.

7. Derecho del Consumidor

The user may go to the Federal Consumer Protection Office in case of dissatisfaction.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

VOS HOTELS will not be responsible for damages derived from the use of promotions.

9. Modificaciones

The hotel may modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.

 

10. Errores

We are not responsible for typographical or system errors.

Personal data will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
